How do I get in touch with you?

When will my order be shipped?
Because we print and frame each order upon receipt, shipping will usually be two to three business days after receiving your order.
Can you include a gift card with my order?
Sure, just e-mail us with your order number and what you want the card to say.
I don’t see the initial letter style I like? Why are all the letters different?
We do have some complete alphabets and can provide you with some similar letters, but otherwise, they are all unique individual initial letters. Don’t be afraid to mix and match. They look best that way.
Can you print the letters larger?
We can. Please send us an e-mail detailing what size you are interested in and we will quote you a price.
Can my purchase be returned?
Of course. We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of purchase. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charge will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Special orders are final and cannot be returned.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Retail orders shipped to a destination within Kansas will be charged sales tax.
